Since 2012 we have specialized as pioneers of fresh pasta and artisan sauces to give the possibility to anyone who does not need to sit at a table to taste this type of 100% Italian products.
Our chefs use only the local and highest quality ingredients to produce five special varieties of fresh pasta: Fusilli, Spaghetti, Gnocchi, Bigoli and Linguine witch can be paired with 9 artisan sauces: Napoletana, Fattoria, Ai Formaggi, Pesto, Carbonara, Bolognese, Ragù d'Anatra, Nero di Seppia and Frutti di Mare.
Being the first in the world is a big responsibility since you know the entire world is looking at you. The pressure was huge, the critics were endless but... We went through reaching our goal: Dal Moro's Fresh Pasta To Go was open on 2nd July 2012.
We wanted to be different, we did not want to fake any recipe of concept model, we felt it was the chance to face the world with a new and innovative idea. Our company literally changed the way to think of Fresh Pasta and Fast Food.
